Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. We value your time, so please value ours :) The services you have selected have been reserved for you. A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling your appointment. Time is a precious commodity and late arrival will result in adjustment to the length of your service. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your service so that we do not run late with our next guest. ***Late cancellations will be charged 25% of service cost with a $20 minimum OR forfeit your deposit. No call/No shows will be unable to book future appointments & will be charged 50% of booked service cost.
